well i've been searching for my long-lost uncle

who disappeared when i was five

as he owes me a fair bit

in the way of unsent gifts

christmas & birthday shit

so i hope he's still alive



i know that i'm too old nowadays for piggybacks

& i recall he had 2 eyes, a mouth & nose

beyond that's lost to mist

but did he once exist?

often the mind plays tricks

yet on this quest it goes
