uncle onions, nights of garters

fauns & llamas in pyjamas

phantom tangents, ghosts of oak


z's of zebras, shuffle shepherds

spittle dripping - striped & chequered

bites of bugs as leaping leopards

blacken in an ashen cloak


bottles flying, throws of tartan

dragons snapping, cans & cartons

giants shrink & gnome the garden

bits of wisp in scraps of smoke


speckle spectres, branching pastures

dribble riddles, bats & adders

row with roses, crows & jaspers

sleeping people - shadow folk
