Desperately lost for words

I decided

to eat the dictionary

- on the off-chance

it charged

dim verbosity

& rid me

of this trivial inhibitory.




So I finely diced

the Oxford Concise

 & then gobbled it raw

for dull nutrition's sake

- & yes, it was wank-rank

& not at all right

but with closed eyes

it could almost 

taste of lovely cake.




However, the experiment failed
